Child Support

The Child Support Agency is the agency that determines, and sometimes collects, child support on behalf of children whose parents have separated.

We can advise you how to work effectively with the Child Support Agency to get the best outcome for your children. We can also advise you when it is appropriate to apply to the Social Security Appeals Tribunal or the Court to change  a child support assessment.
